• MOTAC License Number & expiry date
• State / coverage area (e.g., Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu)
• Languages spoken (BM, English, Mandarin, etc.)
• Gender (Male / Female)
• Age (18–30 / 31–50 / 51+)
• Category / expertise (e.g., city, nature, culture, mountain)
• Brief experience (e.g., 5 years, type of tours managed)
• Social media / website link (if any)
• Profile photo (clear face, min. 600×600px, JPG/PNG, < 2MB)
• Copy of license/certificate (JPG/PNG/PDF, < 5MB)
